Did you know you are not your thoughts? Change your thoughts and change your life.


Grab your journal and write down your answers to the following questions:

To get started, write down a negative EMOTION you’re having today.

    • When you have that emotion, what ACTIONS do you take?
    • When you take those actions, what RESULTS do you get?
    • What is the THOUGHT behind that emotion?
    • What is a more empowering thought you can have?

Every time you’re experiencing an unfavorable emotion, do this practice. The more you do it, the more natural it will become.
