    • Write down 1 time in your life where you’ve hurt someone else. How were you operating out of your own fear and insecurities?
    • Write down a recent time where you secretly judged someone else. Based on what we just covered, what does that tell you about yourself?
    • Complete the Judge-Your-Neighbor worksheet, below (it’s SO GOOD!).
