We always have a choice: To focus on what’s wrong or what’s NOT wrong. Gratitude is the biggest asset in human history.

Activity

Grab your Journal and answer the following questions;

    • What’s NOT WRONG in your life right now?
    • What’s going really well?

EVERY MORNING:

    • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
    • Hold it up to your heart and really feel it (or try priming.)
    • Wonder Woman pose for 1-2 mins.
