MODULE 2 – Grief
In order to bring in the new, we have to create space for it. The first step is moving through grief.
1. Grab your journal and write down ALL of the thoughts & feelings you’re having about your loss.
Dig DEEP and get crazy honest with yourself. Even if the thoughts are repulsive. If you’re not angry yet, expect to get there!
2. Optional but recommended – Choose at least one physical outlet:
- Tell someone
- Have a conversation with yourself in the mirror and express all of these thoughts
- Get physical and release your anger (maybe with a Nerf bat or pillow?)
