Making more conscious decisions about boundaries and who you spend your time with will dramatically improve your wellbeing.


    • Write down the 5 people you spend the most time with.
    • Beside each person, write: Friend, Family, Tribe, Toxic (can be friends or family).
    • What does this list tell you?
    • Who do you need to set boundaries around?
    • Who in your life do you consider part of your tribe? How can you spend more time with these people?
    • If your tribe is low, where can you find more people?
