MODULE 10 – Body
Our bodies are all we have. We must make them our priority.
- In your journal, write down at least 3 new things you can commit to for 7 days that will improve the quality of what you’re putting in your body. Then COMMIT to it! e.g.
1 – Warm Lemon Water in the Morning.
2 – No Dairy Products.
3 – Drink 1/2 Body Weight in Water.
- Write down FUN new ways you can MOVE your body that you might enjoy. Commit to 1 of those things each day for 7 days (minimum of 20 mins/day).
- In 7 days, notice how you feel! Continue to experiment with new changes until you find a routine that works well for you and makes your body & mind FEEL GOOD.
